The villa is located in Fayence in a residential area 4 km from the center of the old village and 2 km from all shops.

Completely closed, with a private and secure swimming pool, the property is located on a plot of 2010 m2 partially wooded with oaks and pines, it is an ideal place to stay for family holidays with babies and young children.

All equipment is provided for the comfort and rest of tenants.

The central bastide is on 2 levels of 70 m2, surrounded by large tiled terraces, partially covered or shaded by a trellis.

At the garden and pool level: living room with fireplace, TV lounge-library, WIFI, entrance and toilet.

Equipped kitchen, with central island and dining area, open to the living room by a sliding door, completed by the back kitchen that accommodates washing machine, ovens, small appliances and storage.

Upstairs: Four air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 bedroom en suite with bathroom and toilet, 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom, 4th bedroom-living room with balcony, separate toilet upstairs.

The pool is secured by a fence with an automatic gate and an electric shutter. On the beach, there are sun loungers and umbrellas and a small shaded living room under the pergola.

With its large terraces, partially sheltered from the sun, the outdoor living space consists of a summer kitchen equipped with gas plancha and dining areas.

This villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
